• No additional chemistry for soil or stain resistance in SmartStrand with DuPont™ Sorona products
• Manufacture of DuPont™ Sorona® polymer from 37% renewable resources, reducing usage of non-renewable natural resources such as petroleum
• Construction of SmartStrand products from materials with no formaldehyde or asbestos
Included in our letters is certification of SmartStrand® with DuPont™ Sorona® as a carpet with very low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the Carpet and Rug Institute's Green Label Plus Program.
You will also find independent laboratory test results of SmartStrand products for chemical emissions in cooperation with the U.S. Environmental Protection Association (EPA).
